David is great. He cares about his PhD students and can think from the perspective of the students. He tries hard to meet students' demands. And when his students are not treated fairly by the admin, he always gets his student's back and fights for his student's right. He also gives his students opportunities to improve their skills and tries to provide enough funding for that. He also tries to connect his students with some job opportunities in industry.
