## Advisor Style & Mentorship
At the beginning, he will pretend to treat you nice incase you will move to other lab. He is a very pushing person.
## Expectations for PhD Students Treat student as a robot and just ask them to do what he want. Importantly, he will find excuses to hold your paper until you plan to leave or alreadt left the lab. He almost pushes all the students and postdocs from his lab to the industry even most of them want to go to the academia. Importantly, those who went to the industry found the jobs themselves and he refused to recommend or write a recommendation for them. The students and postdocs who comes from his lab all are very talent and want to do research in the academia, but he hold the paper and doen't want to publish papers before students and postdocs leave the lab. So students and postdocs finally quit the research. Why he has this kind of behaviors that doen't allow students and postdocs to do research in the academia because he is a jealous person and he dosn't allow people from his lab has a good career and future. He just wants them have troubles!
